Harmony Hill Watertown's campus is a multifaceted development initiated by the Benedictine Sisters of Mother of God Monastery, aiming to serve diverse community needs.

THE VILLAGE OF HARMONY HILL
Phase 1 of the Watertown Benedictine Sister's Legacy Project, The Village Senior Care offers state-of-the-art services for rehabilitation, assisted living, memory care, and hospice care. It is designed to promote an exemplary model of holistic living that promotes the dignity, freedom, and wellness of all residents.

THE CHALLENGER LEARNING CENTER
The Challenger Learning Center of South Dakota, a nonprofit organization, will provide hands-on learning experiences in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). Its mission is to inspire the next generation of pioneers and innovators by igniting a passion for STEM.

CHALLENGER PARK
Challenger Park will be adjacent to the Challenger Learning Center of South Dakota and will be the location of the MARK II Voyager-scaled solar system.
This educational model includes 13 stanchions or learning points across 25 acres of preserved virgin prairie.

AFFORDABLE HOUSING
Construction is currently in progress for 40 units of affordable apartment-style housing, developed by Costello Property Management and the Diocese of Sioux Falls.
This is a significant step toward addressing the housing needs of individuals and families seeking quality and affordable housing.

STUDENT HOUSING
Harmony Hill Watertown is engaged with Lake Area Technical College to find solutions for student housing that offer options for low cost housing, employment, and internships in the allied healthcare disciplines.

VETERANS HOUSING
Harmony Hill Watertown, in collaboration with Spero Senior Ministries and Valor Home, has plans to develop essential housing options for U.S. veterans and their families.

ALL-SEASON OUTDOOR CLASSROOM
The all-season outdoor classroom will focus on wildlife conservation and the activities of outdoor life that bring families together and inspire tourists to visit, fish, hunt, and camp in the great outdoors of South Dakota!
